All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning offers two choices for maintenance agreements:

1) Annual Maintenance Plan
Referred to as "Planned Service," this includes a thorough cleaning and inspection of the equipment as well as a check of all the necessary safety devices. This will ensure safe and efficient operation of the unit for the season. In addition to the unit running safely and efficiently, you will also be entitled to the following:
     -$25 off any service call that might occur during the rest of the season
     -10% off any parts that are required
     -On time, same day scheduling for most service calls.  We have 24 hour emergency service available
     -A small, refundable deposit will hold the current rate for as long as you continue to enroll

2) Annual Service Contract
This is our full featured plan that protects you against any unforeseen problems with your units. This plan includes an annual cleaning and safety inspection, a full 1 year parts and labor warranty, as well as discounted after-hours rates on emergency service. Priority scheduling on service calls is also included.
